moving day!

today was moving day... moving new heights chapel from our college heights home of 50+ years to our new building on st andrews drive.... we will have our final service in the very empty building on main street tomorrow followed by everyone carrying their chair onto the moving truck and caravaning over for lunch at the new building.

these pictures are for anyone interested- but mainly they are for our steve (who actually deserves his own post) but who is not here to see for himself as he has recently moved a little further away from our family to be near his own family in lower hutt, new zealand.

pete would like you to know that he spent 4+ hours painting that cross one hot day

that is a dan decker joke on sue englehart who was so done making decisions that when he asked her what color to seal the concrete floor with she responded- i don't care just pick a color!

Cool building....did you & your Mom help choose colors & such? It looks like it has a "touch of Decker"!!
